Donor Levels and Benefits
The Bobcat Club is the principal fundraising arm of the Texas State Intercollegiate Athletics Department. The Bobcat Club has provided a way for supporters to help talented Texas State student-athletes receive a top-tier education while pursuing their goals both on and off the field of competition. While the primary focus is providing scholarship support for student-athletes, the Bobcat Club is also focused on raising money for facilities upgrades and high impact projects that directly benefit our student-athletes.
The Bobcat Club is an organization of alumni, fans, former student-athletes, coaches and friends joining together to provide current student-athletes with a first-class education and a chance to excel both in the classroom and on the playing field. With the rising cost of school tuition, private contributions and support from our members is absolutely critical to ensure the ongoing success of our student-athletes.
WHEN I DONATE TO THE BOBCAT CLUB, WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
The primary purpose of the Bobcat Club is to offset the educational cost of student-athlete scholarships. The Athletics Department is responsible for the educational expenses (tuition, fees, room, board, books) and the newly budgeted "Cost of Attendance" of 347 student-athletes who receive scholarships to attend Texas State University and represent the university in intercollegiate competition. In addition, Bobcat Club donations help ensure Texas State's tradition of excellence continues to grow by investing in practice and game facility upgrades and academic resources for all of our student-athletes and athletics programs.
HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO THE BOBCAT CLUB?

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A BOBCAT CLUB MEMBER?
The greatest benefit of Bobcat Club membership is knowing that your donation directly supports the academic, athletic and personal growth of 347 Texas State student-athletes. Our donor levels and benefits chart indicates the other Bobcat Club benefits available to donors at each of our giving levels.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DONATION EVERY YEAR?
Yes. Your Bobcat Club membership is an annual membership that starts on February 1st of the year you join and continues until January 31st of the following year. If you made a donation to the Bobcat Club in order to secure season tickets you must maintain the required annual minimum per seat donation for that seat location. Minimum per seat donations may differ depending on your seat location.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN "UNRESTRICTED" BOBCAT CLUB DONATION AND A "RESTRICTED" SPORT SPECIFIC OR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN DONATION?
An UNRESTRICTED donation - otherwise known as Bobcat Club Annual Fund - donation supports the Texas State Athletics student-athlete scholarship fund and priority needs for all 16 varsity athletic programs.
A RESTRICTED donation - sport specific or capital campaign - directly funds the specified sport program or capital campaign project.
DO DAN & CINDEE DIEPENHORST CHAMPIONS CLUB SEAT HOLDERS RECEIVE BOBCAT CLUB DONOR BENEFITS?
Yes! As with all priority football season tickets, both Gold and Platinum Dan & Cindee Diepenhorst Champions Club seats require a per-seat donation (effective for all new three-year club seat agreements). Gold Champions Club Level seats (outside the 35 yard lines) require a $250 per seat donation to the scholarship fund in addition to the $1500 ticket cost. Platinum Champions Club Level Seats (inside the 35 yard lines) require a $500 per seat donation to the scholarship fund in addition to the $1500 ticket cost. These per seat donations make club seat ticket holders eligible for Bobcat Club member benefits as would any other donation to the scholarship fund.
For example: Boko owns one Platinum club seat which requires a donation to the Bobcat Club of $500. Boko is therefore a Maroon Level donor to the Bobcat Club and is afforded all benefits of that level. If Boko were to purchase an additional Platinum seat, he would now be considered a Silver Level donor at $1000 (2 platinum seats x $500 Bobcat Club donation per seat = $1000 Bobcat Club donor).
WILL I BE ABLE TO RENEW THE SAME SEATS EACH YEAR?
Yes. As long as you make the required minimum per seat donation for your seat location and renew your tickets by the deadline, you will be able to retain the season tickets in that location.
IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
The Bobcat Club recommends that you consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contributions to Texas State Athletics.
HOW DO I PAY MY INVOICE ONLINE?
You can pay your donation invoice online by logging into your personal donor account. All of your donation information is housed under your Paciolan donor account - including your current donation status, donation history and priority points. To login to your account, return to our home page and click "Login Join" on the far right of the navigation bar.

DOES THE BOBCAT CLUB OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. Payment plans are available for Bobcat Club contributions, provided that the full amount due is completed by January 31st of the giving year. Payment plans can be facilitated by emailing us at bobcatclub@txstate.edu or calling 512-245-2117. Our giving year starts February 1st and ends January 31st of the following year (i.e. 2017-18 Giving Year: February 1st, 2017 - January 31st, 2018).
If you establish your Bobcat Club contribution in February, you are able to schedule a full 12 month payment plan. Each month you wait to establish your Bobcat Club contribution, your payment plan period will decrease. Bobcat Club contributions for a particular giving year must be paid in full by January 31st.
