Went to an alumni association networking event tonight in downtown. It ended up being a pretty good event. Gene Bourgeois and Barbra Breier were both there.
The Houston chapter has really fallen off recently and I believe it's because all the responsibility has fallen on one guy. I think all of us Houston Bobcats should make an effort to get more involved.
I'll be sure to share info about these types of events in the future. Talked with David Casey about possibly doing something for spring break, St Patrick's day, or even the Sun Belt basketball tournament in New Orleans. We'll see.
