In the X app I just click on the tweet share icon and then the copy link button. Then I just paste the link here.
Was there a recent X software update I might not have downloaded yet?

It seems like you’re actually behind and still pulling the twitter url, which they changed to x in the share link months ago. You an Android guy?

This is what my share button looks like:


and it spits out the x url, not the twitter url


Either way, the forum software should be updated to embed the x url now that it has changed.

I think the crux of the issue is that this site is coded to automatically wrap all URL (except www.twitter.....) with [URL unfurl= true] [/URL], but twitter url gets the media wrap: [ MEDIA= twitter] [ /MEDIA]

It needs to be configured so that www.x... gets the media wrap also.
