I think Kutter Webb may possibly be committing to TXST soon…

He is the younger brother of TXST WR Kannon Webb

Mitchell is commit #2 in this class. Thanks @Voltronjacko.

#3.
Dawson Park. Another primary 3B perhaps from Magnolia West. Also a potential 2-way guy. Plenty of our commits pitch in HS, but a few are good enough to perhaps continue into college and Park is a possibility from what I can tell (87 mph FB at 16 is good). Also can play OF and SS.

#4.
No official tweet yet but gonna call this one done. Austin Dolezal. LHP from Grand Oaks HS near Spring. He retweeted both the Mitchell and Park commitments and PG have him listed as committed. Not a ton of info on him but hitting 86 at least as a lefty at 16. Plays 1B and OF also in HS.

Only 5 months late updating this thread....

So Flores is commit #5 to this class. Listed as primarily a SS. Looks like he has a great arm as he also pitches in HS and hitting 91.

#6. Tobin Escheif: RHP from New Braunfels who goes to Davenport HS which looks like is right outside Garden City in Comal County and I must admit have never heard of until today. Looks like it just opened in 2020. Anyhow, Eschief is listed as a 9 on by PG (Potential top 10 round pick and/or highest level college prospect). Rated 453rd nationally, which is 2nd in this class behind Braylon Mitchell (298th).
Tobin Eschief is a 2024 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-6 195 lb. frame from New Braunfels, TX who attends Davenport High School. Extra-large frame with a lean, athletic build and plenty of projection. Ran a 7.33 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, clean delivery with looseness and ease as a whole, works out of a loose three-quarters slot but can get on top of the baseball and generate some plane. Worked into the upper-80s with solid carry through the zone on the fastball, some inconsistencies with command but able to miss some bats. Showed feel for a full mix of secondaries, kills spin on changeup down into the 1100s and fades it well, showed two distinct shapes on breaking pitches, both spun well and can project on them. Also plays some corner infield and outfield, works clean to the ball with some length to actions, stays on top of throws well and arm strength plays well at both spots. Right-handed hitter, balanced base, big leg lift trigger and swings it with big intent, longer stroke but finds the barrel at a healthy rate, hit a monster bomb in game action well over the center field wall. Good student. Verbal commitment to Texas State. Named to 2022 High School All State Top Prospect List.
Scouting video on his PG page:

#7. Josh Glaser: RHP/3B from Flower Mound. Listed as an 8.5 by PG. Fastball around 90 right now. PG write-up from 2 years ago:
Josh Glaser is a 2024 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Flower Mound. Large physical build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from an even base with a hanging leg lift trigger, moves into contact aggressively with his lower half, shows power in his swing when his foot gets down on time, showed his pull power well in the games. 7.35 runner in the sixty. Corner infielder on defense, arm strength is his best present tool defensively, gets good carry on his throws, seemed more natural with his foot and glove work at first base but has a chance at third. Also pitched, worked from the stretch with a compact arm action, tends to open early with his front side and leave his arm behind. Fastball topped out at 84 mph with lots of running and cutting live at different times, still developing feel for his curveball arm speed and release. Very good student. Named to the South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
Has like a 5 minute scouting video on PG if anyone is interested:

The Regional appearance & late game magic certainly raised our visibility with higher quality recruits. We’re reloading instead of rebuilding. Feels nice for a change. ✊🏼
