Well boys, the Bobcats fired a 7 under final round 281 to over come Rice and South Alabama and take the team title at the Tempest Collegiate.
Tom Røed Karlsen fired a blistering final round 6 under 66 to finish at -5 for the tournament and take home the individual title to edge fellow Bobcat, Terrin Anderson by two shots who was playing as an individual. Anderson fired a final round 72 to finish at -3 for the tournament. Two other Bobcats finished inside the top ten with Sakke Sitala firing rounds of 71,74,70 and Jack Burke with rounds of 72,70,73 to finish at -1, good enough for a T7 finish. Kasper Nyland struggled to a final round 79 after rounds of 71,73 to finish at +7 and finish in 28th. Hayes Hutton had a crucial 72 in the final round to really help get the victory after opening with rounds of 75,78 to finish in a tie for 34th. Harrison Hineline fired rounds of 70,74,74 to finish at +2 to tie for 17th.
The team will travel to The Oaks CC in Tulsa for The Clerico hosted by ORU on October 24-25. This will be the third of four fall events.
