Over 50 years ago, would sneak a flask of bourbon into the old Evans Field. Every time one opened a flask to mix with a coke, the smell of bourbon would carry thru the air when pouring. Not saying many brought alcohol into the stadium, but enough so that depending on the breeze, it was not unusual to get a few wiffs of a fresh pour every so often from somewhere nearby in the stands. You mean let people byob into the game? We already sell beer in the stadium.
Delconte has to be the best, if not one of the best AD in the country. He knows how to engage with fans, he knows how to fundraise, he knows how to do his job. If we had an AD half as good, we would be in a great place.I am by no means a Bobhorn but this is pretty cool and equates to fan engagement at the core.
He can lay claim to being the best, no doubt about it. Unseating Stanford for the Director's Cup after their 25yr stranglehold is amazing, and he's only been on the job for 4 years.Delconte has to be the best, if not one of the best AD in the country.
