… potentially losing Coach Johnson. I could see some bigger programs passing on him given his lack of experience and technically all of his success has come with Danny’s players. Nevertheless, he appears to be a hit and I hope we can retain him. I was excited to see big time CBB media tweeting about TXST until I read that last line.

I don't think we'll have to worry about him being poached until he makes an NCAA Tourney or two. Admittedly I don't follow the basketball coaching carousel like I do football's, but the landscape is very different for hoops. There are some coaches getting pulled up to big time jobs from the minors, but not after 2yrs - more like 7 and 10. But there are also WAY more "big" jobs in hoops than there are football.
