Youth Fishing Programs

I have a 12 year old step granddaughter that absolutely loves to fish . She would fish all day if you let her . Does anyone know of a program that works with our youth to promote and teach fishing techniques, participate in youth fishing tournaments, etc . Any information would be greatly appreciated .
