OK, with the new rules, now you can say that. Most of the UT NIL collectives have joined forces and my understanding is that they're looking to pay every athlete on campus. I've heard $150M committed and a planned spend of $10M/year.Please stop saying the university did this or that or the university's NIL program. That's not how it works.
