That Studio will be awesome once fully completed.
Unfortunately, nowhere on that site does it indicate when they will break ground to start building it.

I'm not bullish on the studios at all. The tv/movie industry in TX fell off a cliff when the state subsidies stopped. Hope I'm wrong and that place is a great success, but I'm not seeing it.

If we’re talking Film makers for sponsorships why not go after Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone creator).. I know he never graduated from State but he did attend for some time

They break ground in April, they already have two service roads for the construction.

Yeah I’ve said similar things about the music building that has had to be redesigned due to lack of funding for it

I think KDamp needs a good offseason challenge . Regardless, i’m reasonably optimistic his group will pursue any and all opportunities and not f around.

In meeting with the AD dept., it seems that this complex will definitely open this year, but probably in stages and not all by opening game of FB season.

As a side note, about one fourth of the $8M needed for the Baseball upgrades has been raised, so anyone with about $5-6M not getting a good return, can put it to a good cause.

This Project Status Report - March 2024 lists two separate baseball additions - Pitching labs and Clubhouse
The "Baseball club house" was listed at 9.9Mil, did it get scaled back to 8 Mil?
Any indication if the 2 Mil for the Pitching Labs have been secured or is that also lacking?
