Today Leftwich followed QBs:

Tyler Huff (Presbyterian/Furman)
Jacob Conover (BYUASU)
Tanner Bailey (SCar)
Jeff Sims (GT/Nebraska)

Huff is a dual threat super-senior. Not very impressive passing numbers but he has mobility. Conover & Bailey are young P5 backups with limited playing time at this point in their careers. Sims has extensive P5 experience but has been painfully bad most of his career.
Kinne is now following Sims on IG, which is usually a pretty notable development.

Losing Foster really hurts the depth at LB. Portal time again. Should be able to find a LB that will contribute. Go cats..
Surprisingly, our depth at linebacker remains essentially the same, if not slightly better, than last year, even though our starting lineup will see changes.

No one player will replace Holloway's production, as he accounted for ~70% of linebacker production last year. However, a pairing of Harris and Neal as starters, could offer us similar production to Holloway/Foster, like the approach in the movie Moneyball. Foster wasn't keen on being a backup, but a healthy CJ Williams, Derrick Mourning, Kenny Haynes, and newcomer Jordan Smith should provide us enough depth for a 4-2-5 scheme.

HowlRaiser delivering a great summary of the SBC Transfer Portal.

🤔 Interesting how CJ Rodgers has managed to keep his landing spot so secret.

They have Tellek Lockette as uncommitted and he's on campus in San Marcos.

Dont think so, he has recently announced new offers.

The eagle tells me it's somewhere like GS or So Miss. Unless it's a "the eagle has landed..." but that's probably interpreting too much from a tweet.
